Meet the 2021 RLI Pacific Northwest Chapter Officers

Lisa Johnson, ALC

Lisa Johnson, ALC

2023 Pacific Northwest Chapter President

I’m proud to be an ALC – Accredited Land Consultant recognized by the Rural Land Institute of the National Association of Realtors.

Plain and simple, I absolutely love what I do.

Originally from Northern California and an Oregon resident since 2002, my life experience of living the rural lifestyle working with horses, livestock, and rodeo and the extensive rural real estate education that I seek gives me a broad foundation of confidence, ability, and expertise.

In 2003 I entered the real estate industry as a listing & marketing assistant and finally the transaction coordinator for an extremely busy brokerage here in Lane County. I earned my real estate license in 2005 and went to work as a Buyers’ Specialist.

I saw a real need in the area for a Broker that understands what’s most important in real estate sales for property owners with acreage, farmers, ranchers, and horse enthusiasts.

In 2007 I moved to another national brokerage so I could work on my skills in marketing and seller representation as a Listing Broker.

In 2008 I obtained my Principal Brokers license and opened Horsepower Real Estate.

I’ve gathered the knowledge and expertise to handle the complexities of transactions that deal with large acreages, multiple tax lots, farm leases, timber, water rights, crops, conservation easements, etc. I’m also pleased to offer extensive experience in the sale of equestrian facilities.

My heart is truly in the land and I enjoy working our own hay farm and keeping a few horses for trail riding when we can.

Whether you own 1 acre or 20,000 your land is where your greatest stories will happen.

I’d like to be your Land Professional.

Flo Sayre, ALC

Flo Sayre, ALC

2023 Pacific Northwest Chapter Secretary & Treasurer

I am one of only 4 "Accredited Land Consultant" (ALC) practicing in Eastern Washington. As a 4th generation farmer in SE Washington, and a pioneer family. My great grandparents came west in a covered wagon along the Oregon Trail and settled here in Pasco in 1884 before Washington was even a state. I have the knowledge and experience to help clients identify their property, understand their needs and goals, counsel them through the process and the ability to accurately assess the properties. My passion is people and helping them realize their dreams. Whether it is dealing with kids and their 4-H & FFA projects, youth through mentorships, serving the real estate industry as a legislative ‘key contact’ or meeting the needs and goals of buyers and sellers in their real estate dealings -- the objective is finding out the needs and wants of clients and customers and helping them to realize their goals and dreams.

She donates a full quilt every year to the RLI "Cowboy Auction" which benefits the Land Education Foundation. Nearly all her quilts are either given away as gifts or donated for fund raisers. In addition to these passions, she travels around the US in her motorhome, visiting with her friends and family and other hobbyists she has met along the way. She is also an accomplished wood turner, making items from all kinds of wood. Her favorite wood is ‘FOG’ wood (found on the ground)!
